If you obtain approval through your bank which meets our statutory and regulatory requirements and guidelines, we can provide a deposit to your bank at a significantly reduced interest rate which they will pass on to you. That means your dream gets a BIG head start and that means new jobs, an expanded economy, better communities and stronger families – now that’s a good investment!
